What Kind of Events Do We Serve?
This list is by no means exhaustive but and we're open new ideas some examples are below.

- Parties on private yachts, sometime for many days
- Tea Parties for Young Ladies

- Themed Parties such as Oktoberfest, Mardi Gras, and, of course, Christmas
A Few Facts
We are a boutique catering firm specializing in smaller parties. By "smaller" larger parties we mean:
- For heavy hors d'oeuvres, basically a meal for your guests, we top out at 60.
- For light hors d'oeuvres, making sure your guests have something to nosh and do while chatting, we top out at 75.
- For tray passed appetizers and a buffet meal, we top out at 75.
We have been known to break these rules. Our catering team is quite capable!

The Process
Request Your Date
- Pick a place, date, and time.
- Take a moment, gather some details, and complete a request form. (button below & all over the place)
- What we're hoping to see is your vision or theme for your holiday party, corporate celebration, child's birthday party or, what ever the occasion may be.
Share a Bit
- The occasion.
- The location or, event space.
- The number of your guests or, number of invitations sent.
- Your vision for this event; colors, theme, mood, energy level, intended outcomes.
- Your budget (per person or total).
- Your team; internal (back-up contact person) and external (event planner).
- Would like to procure rentals such as tables, or glassware? If so, would you like to take care of that or have us to manage it?
- Any special instructions, including dietary restrictions or interests.
- Share as much or as little as you like. The more you tell, the easier it is as we move forward.
Your Chef Contacts You
- Once you’ve requested a reservation, our private chef will reach out, most likely within 48 hours. Usually, sooner.
- We'll confirm your date and details and delve a little deeper. That should take about 15 or 20 minutes.
- Once we're clear we'll get to work creating something imaginative and highly unique just for you and your guests.
- Before you complete your call our team will let you know when you can expect to hear from them again.

- Next, you'll get an email with a delectable selection of ideas curated just for you!
- It will show the cost of each item and all pricing involved in your experience.
- Chef Devin will also suggest a time to meet again, share your ideas, and make the menu truly yours.
- Remember, we offer bartending service, a delectable selection of seasonal punches, and all the team needed to execute your event.
- AND! You don't have to wait. If you'd like share your ideas in a text, an email, phone call, or, if you want to make any requests that haven't been offered, reach out. We've even had people print their menu options, circle their choices and take a pic.
- Once we have agreed on your special menu, you'll get a completed quote with a breakdown of each service and it's related expense.
- We request a 50% deposit roughly two weeks prior to your event. For larger events it's closer to three.
Get Ready for Your Event
- Roughly 10 days prior to your event we ask for a confirmation of your guest count so we may adjust purchasing and costs if needed.
- Call the maid.
- It is quite helpful if you've given us a bit of counter space and if dishwasher is empty!
- Pick your outfit!!
Enjoy Your Party!
- Your chef and team will arrive an hour to an hour and a half (predetermined and communicated) before your event.
- All you have to do is relax, and enjoy the day or evening with your guests.
- If you like interacting, watching, or asking question, great!
- If you want to pretend we're not here and that food has magically arrived, great!
- This is your gathering.
- And, we cleanup too!
Supplemental Details
Unless previously determined, host will provide consumption ware including plates, bowls, glass and/or stemware, silverware and napkins/linens for guests. Again, counter space and an available dishwasher really us serve you better.
