The Trifle

If you know me you know that I rarely will grab a can to make anything and I confess I never had whipped cream in my trifle until I started experimenting... having watch this video. I am never going to give up on at least one layer of beautiful delicious creamy gooey custard and I also have to say that when you blend that with a layer of a nice light cream such as Reddi-Wip it is pretty damned amazing.

My favorite part about this recipe is the way Nicole blends the fresh herbs. Adding tarragon is a great surprise for me. I use it a secret weapon often and hadn't ever thought of it in sweets. It kicks behind!

An absolute try for your list.
