Based on a traditional Swedish dish, this rich potato bake has been in my family since I was a kid and I have no idea why. It’s really good though.
I don’t always have a camera and sometimes I do something original so when the picture seems off, please go with me and use your imagination. Basically I take this dish, cool it, punch rounds out of it and place it on toast points.
If your event is 1 to 2 hours (house warming, home marketing event, short happy hour) then the small party portion is what you need.
If your event is 3 or more hours (a party for parties sake, a birthday, St. Patricks, the Oscars) then you want the “meal” portion.
