Made with pancetta and Gruyère cheese, this classic is served in a flaky pastry dough made in-house. We offer this selection by the pie and people really do love it.
We use only organic, antibiotic and hormone free eggs. Ninety percent of our vegetables are organic. We grow our own organic herbs. Our butter is Kerrygold.
Served with bread and sweet or savory butter.
Again, this is a whole pie and serves 6 to 8. Maybe 8 to 10 with the bread and some sausage rolls!
