Lump Crab and Artichoke Dip with Sherry




Baked with cream, white wine, Parmesan cheese and lots of fresh herbs this is a really rich and New Orleans version of a great party classic. We finish it with a drizzle of sherry for a flavor you just won’t find any where else.
We use real lump crab and fresh artichokes when we can get them.
