Herb Roasted, Sous Vide Light or Dark Meat Turkey with Crispy Skin

Sous vide is a fantastic method for cooking holiday roasts. It delivers reliably moist and tender results. Being a dark meat fan myself, we’re offering either the breast or full leg (thigh and drumstick) for you to choose. Just for fun, we crisp the skin on this so some special few can gnaw on it!

Please remember to specify light or dark meat when ordering!

We’re adding a double rich brown gravy made from the bones and fresh herbs from my garden, reduced slowly over two days, and roux thickened.
